Greetings, ladies and gentlemen! Thank you very much for dropping in and reading this, my first post.
My name is Zelia Edgar. I've had a lifelong interest in the paranormal, and have been seriously studying it for over a decade. In that time, I've worked with the Wisconsin chapter of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as both a certified field investigator and state director. Recently I stepped down from those positions so I can focus more time on my personal research and my YouTube channel, JustAnotherTinFoilHat. If you're interested in the theoretical angle on lots of classic encounters, tune in.
I am from and currently reside in Wisconsin, a truly weird place. Where else can you find all three UFO capitals of the world? Add into that werewolves, a steady population of ghosts, lake monsters, Sasquatches, even a vampire every now and again, and you have something a little more interesting than cheese-shaped hats.
Recently, I was asked what spurred my interest in the paranormal. I'm not entirely sure. It would be neat to say that some encounter or occurrence catapulted me straight into tin foil hat-land, but the truth might be even stranger. I can't remember a time when all this stuff - monsters, ghosts, little green men - didn't interest me. And, more than that, I've always wanted to know.
What is out there?
In addition to my paranormal research, I write weird horror and cosmic fiction (unpublished, as of this writing), make costumes, and work at a coffee shop.
